Saturday, November 14
- 3:00pm-Kids Race, St. Jean sports stadium(Prizes will be awarded on Sunday)
- 8:00pm-Pasta Party Shell Beach Restaurant (Reserved exclusively for runners in the Gustavialoppet).
Sunday, November 15: A full day of activities on the beach in Public
- 5:00am-“Charles Magras” Fishing Tournament (Lions Club) Fish will be weighed between 11am and 1pm
- 8:00am– 1) Start of walking race
2) Inscriptions for chess and dominos tournaments
3) Beginning of musical activities - 8:30am-Start of Gustavialoppet 10 K
- 9:00am-1) Snack bar opens
2) Start of games and various activities
3) Laser regatta
4) Dominos tournament
5) Singing games / wireless microphone provided by Romy - 9:30am-Demonstration by the Red Cross
- 10:00am-(approximately) Arrival of the final runners in the Gustavialoppet
- 10:15am-(approximately) Awards ceremony for the Kids Race
- 11:30am-Ecumenical ceremony at the Swedish Cemetery
- 11:45am-Arrival (approximate) of the regatta
- 12:00pm-Champagne toast and brief speeches, including Thomas Wallsten, Marina Nyman, ASBAS, and Bruno Magras, president of the Collectivity
- 11:00am-1:00pm-Snack Bar and BBQ to eat on the beach or take home
- 1:00pm-Arrival of the fishing tournament and Awards ceremony for the regatta
- 2:00 pm-Awards ceremony (chess, dominos, etc…)
- 3:00pm-Continuation of games on the beach
- 3:30pm-Taekwondo demonstration
- 4:55pm-La Choral des Bons Cœurs -The Hymn of St. Barthélemy
- 5:00pm-Official speeches: ASBAS, Thomas Wallsten from Piteå, Marina Nyman from the Swedish S:t Barthsociety, and the president of the Collectivity, Bruno Magras
- 5:30pm-Raffle drawing- ASBAS
- 6:00pm-Awards ceremony for the Gustavialoppet, as well as other prizes and trophies
(The Rotary Club will sell sandwiches to benefit research for the eradication of POLIO)
